Tessa is a Registered Practical Nurse with 15 years of dedicated service at Isabel and Arthur Meighen Manor. Throughout her career in long-term care, she has held various clinical and leadership roles, gaining extensive experience in resident-centered care, team development, and quality improvement initiatives.
Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Care on the day shift, Tessa is committed to supporting staff, enhancing clinical practice, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Her professional journey has been rooted entirely in long-term care, reflecting her deep passion for serving seniors and strengthening the LTC sector.
