Hours of Operation
Our administration office is open:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Inquiries may be made by phone or email during regular office hours. For urgent resident care matters outside of regular office hours, please call the main number and ask to speak with the nurse in charge or the appropriate team member.
For emergencies, please call 911.
Concerns, Compliments & Complaints
Meighen Health Centre welcomes feedback, compliments, questions, and concerns. We are committed to responding in a respectful, timely, and transparent manner.
If you have a concern related to care, services, or the operation of the home, we encourage you to follow these steps:
Step 1: Speak with the team member or department manager closest to the concern.
Many questions or concerns can be addressed directly by the care team or department involved.
Step 2: Contact the Administrator / Executive Director or appropriate leadership contact.
If your concern is not resolved, please contact the leadership team using the contact information listed above.
Step 3: Contact the Ministry of Long-Term Care Family Support and ACTION Line.
If your concern has not been resolved through the home, you may contact:
