Monica Klein-Nouri is a healthcare executive with over 15 years of leadership in long-term care and senior living across Ontario. As Executive Director of Meighen Health Centre, she oversees high-quality care for 250+ residents and leads a team of more than 350 staff. She is recognized for advancing digital transformation, operational excellence, and culturally responsive care. A Certified Health Executive with an MBA in Healthcare Management, Monica has served on the Board of the College of Nurses of Ontario and currently chairs the Funding Advisory Committee at AdvantAge Ontario.
